Medeana is a free-lance Pilates and Therapeutic Movement Teacher and a member of the dedicated Turning Tide Pilates Teaching Team. Originally from a background of Science Research and Primary School Teaching, Medeana passionately believes that carefully planned and progressive; research-based breath; movement and self-release practices can promote life-long well-being and is she is dedicated to creating supportive, mindful and confidence-building movement experiences for her clients.
